Antoine FLAMARION

Antoine Flamarion started his career with Merrill Lynch in Paris (principal investments).
He then joined Goldman Sachs in London in their principal investment department.
He cofounded Tikehau Capital in 2004. He is currently Chairman of Tikehau Capital Advisors, board member of Tikehau Capital Advisors, Groupe Flo and Sofidy. In addition, he is Chairman of Tikehau IM supervisory board and a member of Selectirente supervisory board. He chairs various investment and strategic committees with group Tikehau.

Christian PARENTE

Christian Parente started his career in 1971 at Banque Francaise du Commerce Exterieur (BFCE).
In 1988 he joins Natexis as Managing Director.
Christian is a member of the Supervisory board of Tikehau Investment Management. He is also member of the Executive Boards of Avenir Telecom and Altrad and member of the Supervisory Board of IMS.

Irène d’ORGEVAL

Irène d'Orgeval started her career in 1985 at the Banque de Gestion Privée.
In 1988 she joined Ixis Asset Management, as head of fixed Income Division (AUM: €50bn). She was sitting at the board of directors, and member of the Strategic Investment Board.
Irène left Ixis AM in April 2007.
In September 2007, Iréne d'Orgeval became CEO of AMLAB, a new joint venture between OFI Asset Management and the Banque Postale Asset Management (LB PAM).This new structure will be dedicated to the seeding of new asset management companies.

Rémi TERRAIL

Rémi Terrail has been a Partner in the Paris office of BC Partners since 1997 and became a Senior Partner of the firm in 2002.
He joined BC from Bankers Trust in London.
He was a board director of Neopost SA between 1997 and 1999 and a member of the supervisory board of Elior SCA from 1997 to 2001. He is currently a board director of Elis and Picard.

Humbert de FRESNOYE

Executive Vice-President of the Credit Mutuel Arkéa Group
Humbert de Fresnoye, who is in charge of the Product Line Department, graduated from the IAF (Institut des Actuaires Français) and is still a member of this institute. In 1986 he was appointed Director, then Executive Director of Suravenir. In 1992 he became executive Vice-Director of Credit Mutuel Bretagne where he was in charge of the networks, and the federation in 1996. Appointed Executive Director of the Compagnie Financière du Groupe Crédit in 2006, he was then nominated as Executive Vice-President of the Credit Mutuel Arkéa Group in November 2008.

Frédéric LAURENT

President of the Board of Directors of Federal Finance
Frédéric Laurent graduated from Rennes University with a Miage, and a DEUG in mathematics. In 1985, he joined Credit Mutuel de Bretagne as a project and domain manager within the IT Department, dealing with different subjects such as savings, trading floors, international and credit. Between 2000 and 2002, he was in charge of euroization, then he was appointed as IT Manager in charge of all the subsidiaries of the Group. After a position as Director of the banking products product line at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, he was appointed President of the board of directors of Federal Finance in 2007.

Andreas BOHN

Andres Bohn started his career as Vice-President of the structured finance department of Bayerische Vereinsbank. In 2003, he joined the HVB group in which he became Managing Director of the financing MIB department. In September 2009, he joined UniCredit Bank AG as Country Head of M&A and Investment Bank and Global Head of proprietary investment.
He is also President of the Supervisory Board of HVB Capital Partners.

Florian KREITMEIER

Florian Kreitmeier started his career in an investment bank in New York. In 2005, he joined the Private Equity Fund APAX Partners where he carried out many deals, especially in the telecom sector.
He joined UniCredit in 2011 as Deputy Head of proprietary investment.

Patrick HOUËL

Patrick Houël has a Ph.D. in law and is graduated from IEP Paris. After serving as Director at Credit Lyonnais during 8 years, he joined the LVMH group as Director of Finance of Jas Hennessy in Cognac. In 1985, he became appointed Director of Finance of Moet Hennessy and then Member of the Executive Committee since 1988.
Since 2004, he is Advisor of the Chairman and Administrator of LVMH.
He is also a member of Euronext Paris Supervisory board.
