Rodolfo Caceres started his career in 2000 in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia. In 2001 he joined Morgan Stanley (London) as a credit Analyst and then Lehman Brothers (London) in 2004 as a Credit Analyst. In 2006 he joined Fortis Investment (Paris) as a buy-side Credit Analyst. He joined Tikehau Investment Management in August 2008.
Jean-Marc DELFIEUX - Fund Manager

Jean Marc Delfieux started his career in 1996 at Société Générale in London on the Asset Swap desk and then moved to Johannesburg in 1998 where he was in charge of the euroland and South African government debt desks.
In 1999, he joined HR Gestion, a French private bank, where he was in charge of the Fixed Income team and managing a high yield and crossover bond portfolio.

Thibault Douard starts his career in June 2008 at Tikehau Investment Management on a 6-month internship as a credit analyst. He permanently joined the team in January 2009.

Jean Odendall starts his career in February 2010 at Jabre Capital Partners in Geneva, as a Middle Office analyst.
He joins the fund managers team at Tikehau Investment Management in July 2011.

Jean-Baptiste Feat - Fund Manager

Jean-Baptiste joined Tikehau Capital Advisors in July 2008, where he was responsible for portfolio management and new investments.
He previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup as an ECM and M&A banker, where he acquired significant experience in structuring and executing complex transactions, especially with Private Equity Funds. He was involved in more than 15 transactions.
Jean-Baptiste joined Tikehau Investment Management in September 2011.

Maxime Laurent-Bellue starts his career at Tikehau Capital Advisors in February 2007. After 6 months as a buy side private equity analyst, he specializes in credit markets and works on the various debt operations realized by the group.
He joins Tikehau Investment Management in January 2009.

Melissa Yvonnou starts her career at Tikehau Investment Management in April 2010.
After 6 months as a quantitative analyst, she joins the Private Debt team.

Alexandre HAMON – OPCI Fund Manager

Alexandre Hamon started his career in Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu as an auditor in the financial institutions group then moved in 2000 to Société Générale CIB in the M&A team dedicated to financial institutions and real estate transactions.
In 2006 he joined Natixis structured real estate financing team then Lehman Brothers in 2006 as Vice President where he closed significant financings on the French market and managed the loans syndication and participated in securitization processes.
In 2009 Alexandre joined Tikehau Capital Advisors to develop the real estate department and joined Tikehau IM in 2011 to run the management and the funds raising dedicated to real estate.

Arnaud de Pesquidoux has been a barrister at the Paris bar for 17 years, and partner of the Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm in Paris where he acted in particular in real estate structuring, financing and investment matters.
He joined the Tikehau group in July 2011 to hold office as group General Counsel, and also to provide his sector-specific expertise for the development of business in real estate debt.

Jeremy started his career in 2008 at AXA IM as a product specialist on Fixed Income products in charge of supporting the sales effort on Euro and US denominated funds. Before joining AXA, Jeremy spent a year in the structured product sales team at Edmond De Rotschild between 2006 and 2007. Jeremy joined Tikehau IM in April 2010.
