Bruno de Pampelonne started his career at Credit Lyonnais in 1983 in the US. In 1985, he joined Goldman Sachs International Corp in London, where he was an Executive Director at the Proprietary European trading desk in the mid 80s.
He then joined Crédit Suisse First Boston in order to start their Paris operation, of which he became Managing Director in charge of Equity and Debt sales and trading from 1990 to 1993. In April 1993, he joined Merrill Lynch Finance in Paris as Managing Director in charge of the fixed income activity. He was also Country Head for the group in France since 2003. He is also President of EDHEC Alumni, member of EDHEC's Board of Directors, and member of the International Advisory Board of the EDHEC Risk Institute.

Guillaume Arnaud started his career in 1997 at Credit Lyonnais Securities in London to develop a pricing method for convertible bonds. Then, he joined Ardentsoftware in Boston (USA), and Vendôme Luxury Group in Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
Since 2000, he has worked for Caisse d'Epargne Group, the French savings bank, first as a strategic business analyst and then as Director of Risk and Finance of the insurance division

Mathieu Chabran started his career with Merrill Lynch in Paris and then in London.
In 2002, he joined Deutsche Bank in London.
He then co-founded and joined Tikehau Capital Advisors as Managing Partnerin 2005.
He is Chairman of MCH, and member of Groupe Flo Executive Board.
He joined Tikehau Investment Management in January 2009 as Managing Director.

Fabrice Damien has 13 years of financial services experience and was most recently responsible for corporate finance and leverage finance in France for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
He has also worked for RBS and Morgan Stanley in their high yield origination and leveraged finance groups in London.
He joins Tikehau Investment Management as a partner of Group Tikehau in June 2011.
