The Company
Tikehau IM is a €2,000,000 tier one capital investment management company regulated under French law by the ‘Autorité des Marchés Finaciers’ AMF.
Since its inception in 2007, Tikehau IM has constantly been increasing its skills and competencies and has obtained all necessary agreements to successfully create value for its growing customer base. These include:
- French regulated funds
- Debt Securitisation Funds

Capital Structure
Tikehau IM has made a conscious in having an independent capital structure, explaining why its main shareholder is the group Tikehau itself which grants a complete freedom of action and choice in most of Tikehau IM's investment management decisions. This aspect of the company is critical to implement a successful investment management.
In June 2010, Credit Mutuel Arkea became a minority shareholder. It brought both potential new business opportunities through the vast network of Arkea and incremental strabiltiy to Tikehau IM.
