Tikehau IM is a investment management company regulated by the ‘Autorité des Marchés Finaciers’, (AMF). Since its inception in 2007, Tikehau IM has constantly been developing its skills and competencies obtaining all necessary agreements to successfully create value for its ever growing customer base. Capital Structure
Tikehau IM has made a conscious decision remain@independent. Its principal shareholder, The Tikehau Goup, allows it to make its own decisions.
In June 2010 Credit Mutuel Arkéa became a minority shareholder. Since then Tikehau IM has been benefiting from the stability that institutional investors provide.

The Team
The team is made of 20 experienced professionals, each with varied and complementary profiles. The founders’ relationships are long-standing and go back to their previous carriers.
