The successful transaction was supported by IREIT Global’s significant unitholders the Shanghai Summit (Group) Co. Ltd from China and Lim Chap Huat from Singapore.

Tikehau IM is awarded "Private Debt lender" by Private Equity Magazine
Private Equity Magazine, as part of its 11th Grand Prize edition, presented Tikehau IM’s private debt team with the “Private debt lender” award for the second year in a row.
This award, handed out by a professional jury, caps off a hectic 2015. Among the five nominees selected were Ares, Capzanine, ICG, Idinvest and Tikehau IM. Frank Caron, the magazine’s editor-in-chief, pointed out that “Tikehau IM has distinguished itself for its dynamism and its participation in a number of significant proprietary transactions”.

Tikehau IM and Financière de l’Echiquier were selected to manage a part of the Novi fund
Tikehau IM and Financière de l’Echiquier, in partnership with CroissancePlus, were selected to manage the Novi1 fund which has been implemented by Caisse des Dépôts, as well as 19 insurance companies and three retirement schemes. The Novi fund will finance French SMEs whose turnovers are between 30 and 200 million. Whether these companies are listed or not, they may be offered new capital or debt financing.

Tikehau Inca is invested in the highest convictions from the Tikehau Group across equities and credit, with a flexible capital allocation mandate between cash, credit and equities.
The year to date performance for Class-C investors is +7.24%. As of 30/06/2014, the portfolio had an allocation of 49% in equities (balanced between Quality and Special Situations as well as Europe and US), 28% in credit (corporate high yield and financial subordinated debt), 20% in cash and 3% in option premium (insurance).

Amundi and Tikehau sign partnership agreement
Amundi and Tikehau announced a strategic asset management partnership today.
The two companies will focus their cooperation on private debt management to offer institutional and retail clients high value-added products for their investment return needs in a low interest rates environment. Leveraging on its strong international presence, Amundi will provide its clients with access to Tikehau IM’s innovative and bespoke product range. This agreement will enable Tikehau to accelerate the development of its asset management platform, Tikehau IM, targeting all client segments from retail clients to institutional investors and sovereign funds. Tikehau IM has over one billion euros assets under management
Tikehau IM, the fixed-income specialists, are posting strong inflows, with an over 65% increase year to date, reaching 1.2 billion euros as of September 30th 2012.
The development of the institutional clients segment accounted for half of these inflows. The asset management company developed and managed accounts in the Private Debt sector for a number of French institutional investors. These strong inflows confirm the growing appetite of investors for debt markets and corporate bonds, which is the sole asset class in France showing net inflows for September, in a context of heavy supply for corporate debt on the European market.

Tikehau IM and Macquarie Lending Join Forces to Create French Credit Programme
Tikehau Investment Management and Macquarie Corporate and Asset Finance’s Lending Group announced today that they have agreed to cooperate in providing unitranche, mezzanine, and private bonds to mid-market companies in France. The Tikehau/Macquarie French credit programme is designed to deliver reliable lending products to borrowers with greater speed, simplicity and certainty of execution.
Tikehau and Macquarie plan to make investments of up to €200 million in size available to borrowers across a wide range of industry sectors. Borrowers will benefit from bespoke documentation, greater certainty of execution, and straightforward decision making throughout the life of the loan.
“We are pleased to announce this agreement which will enable us to provide additional flexible financing solutions to our clients in the French mid-cap market.
